Alongside our team of 180+ members spanning Media Buyers, Copywriters, Content Managers, Landing Page Developers, Content Creators, Email & SMS Coordinators, CGC & Influencer Managers, we’re looking for a Strategy Account Manager to support Senior Strategists in managing a portfolio of client accounts and help ensure strategy is executed consistently and effectively.
OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
The Strategy Account Manager supports Senior Strategists in managing a portfolio of client accounts. This role is focused on coordination, performance tracking, and operational support across multiple delivery channels to ensure strategy is executed consistently and effectively. This is a role for someone with a foundation in marketing or advertising who wants to grow into a strategic, client-facing position.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in media, performance, and DTC marketing.
• Education or experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and agency environments is preferred
ESSENTIAL QUALITIES:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple timelines, requests, and dependencies
• Comfort working cross-functionally with multiple delivery teams
• Clear written and verbal communication
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Channel & Team Coordination
• Act as the day-to-day point of coordination with delivery teams across Google, Meta, TikTok, Email, Retention, Pinterest, and Creative Production
• Track requests, timelines, and dependencies across channels
• Ensure teams have what they need to execute without bottlenecks
Performance & Reporting
• Track account performance and key KPIs across channels
• Support reporting by pulling data, organizing insights, and flagging trends or issues
• Maintain a clear view of what is working, what is not, and what needs attention
Client & Meeting Support
• Build meeting agendas and ensure meetings are well-structured
• Capture notes, decisions, and action items
• Own follow-ups and ensure commitments are completed on time
Account Operations
• Maintain account documentation, timelines, and task tracking
• Support onboarding and ongoing account hygiene
• Help ensure a consistent and professional client experience
ABOUT THE POSITION
You’ll work closely with Senior Strategists to support execution across multiple performance channels. This role plays a critical part in keeping accounts organized, communication flowing, and teams aligned—creating the foundation for strong strategy and excellent client experience.
